Terms and Conditions of Use for Torre del Conde Members
Torre del Conde Members is the loyalty programme of Hotel Torre del Conde, created to offer exclusive benefits to guests who book directly with the hotel.
Membership of the programme is free of charge and provides access to special conditions on bookings made through the hotel's official website and, in certain cases, through direct bookings with the hotel.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
Programme: refers to the Torre del Conde Members loyalty programme of Hotel Torre del Conde.
Member: any user who registers for the programme through the official website or the hotel's booking engine.
Benefits: discounts, advantages, special offers or any other promotion made available to members through the programme.
Direct Booking: a booking made through the official Hotel Torre del Conde website, by telephone, or by email directly with the hotel.
2. Registration for the Programme
To become a member of Torre del Conde Members, the user must register by providing accurate, up-to-date and complete information.
Membership of the programme is free of charge.
The user must be of legal age and have the legal capacity required to make bookings and accept these terms and conditions.
Each member may hold only one personal account associated with their registration details. Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to review, merge or cancel duplicate accounts if misuse of the programme is detected.
By registering, the user agrees to participate in the programme and may receive communications relating to their benefits, bookings and potential marketing activities of Hotel Torre del Conde, always in accordance with the hotel's Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
The user shall be responsible for keeping their contact and access details up to date.
3. Main Benefit
Members of Torre del Conde Members may enjoy exclusive benefits when booking directly with Hotel Torre del Conde.
These benefits include an additional member discount on rates available on the hotel's official website, as well as access to special conditions and exclusive online discounts.
The maximum discount available on the official website will be up to 25%, depending on the rate, availability, device used, cancellation policy and booking conditions applicable at the time of booking.
4. Application of Benefits
The benefits of Torre del Conde Members shall be applied during the booking process when the user correctly identifies themselves as a member before confirming their booking.
Available benefits may vary depending on the selected rate, cancellation policy, availability, stay dates, device used and commercial conditions in force at the relevant time.
The benefits of the programme may not be combined with other promotions, special campaigns, corporate agreements, negotiated rates, vouchers, promotional codes or additional discounts, unless expressly stated by the hotel.
Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to restrict, modify or exclude specific dates, rates, room types, packages or special promotions from the programme.
5. Conditions for Enjoying the Benefits
To be eligible for the benefits of Torre del Conde Members, the booking must be made in the name of the registered member, and the account holder must be staying at the hotel as part of the reservation.
The programme benefits are personal and non-transferable. They may not be used for bookings made in the name of third parties if the account holder is not part of the stay.
If a booking is made using member benefits and, upon arrival at the hotel, the account holder is not part of the stay, Hotel Torre del Conde may remove the applied benefit and adjust the booking by applying the relevant rate available to the staying guest.
The hotel may request appropriate identification at check-in in order to verify that the Member account holder is part of the stay.
Benefits must be applied before the booking is confirmed. Discounts or benefits will not be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed where the user did not previously identify themselves as a member.
The programme benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Benefits may not be exchanged for cash, do not generate any credit in favour of the customer and may not be used as compensation for other hotel services.
6. Bookings by Telephone or Email
Bookings made by telephone or email may benefit from special conditions for members or returning guests who have been identified as such, subject always to availability and the hotel's discretion.
These conditions shall be applied directly by Hotel Torre del Conde and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, special rates or additional discounts.
Non-refundable rates will only be available where expressly indicated on the official website, within the booking engine or by the hotel.
Any additional discount or special condition outside the current policy must be expressly authorised by Hotel Torre del Conde.
7. Extras and Additional Services
Unless expressly stated by the hotel, Torre del Conde Members benefits shall not apply to extras purchased during the stay, additional services, supplements, taxes, special charges or any expenditure incurred at the property.
The member discount shall apply only to the rate or conditions indicated during the booking process or directly confirmed by the hotel.
The application of a member benefit does not alter the cancellation, payment, no-show or amendment policy associated with the booked rate.
8. Bookings Excluded from the Programme
Torre del Conde Members shall be valid only for direct bookings made with Hotel Torre del Conde.
The programme shall not apply to bookings made through online travel agencies, tour operators, intermediaries, companies, groups, negotiated rates, special agreements, vouchers or promotional packages, unless expressly authorised by the hotel.
Nor shall it apply to bookings already confirmed before the user registered as a member.
9. Proper Use of the Programme
The user undertakes to make proper use of the programme and its benefits.
Using a member account to obtain benefits for bookings in which the account holder is not staying may be considered misuse of the programme.
In the event of fraudulent or abusive use, duplicate accounts, false information or any action contrary to these terms and conditions, Hotel Torre del Conde may cancel the member account, withdraw associated benefits or cancel the application of discounts.
The hotel may request additional information in order to verify the member's identity or the correct application of programme benefits.
10. Technical Errors, Incorrect Rates or Incidents
In the event of a technical error, loading error, incorrect rate, misuse of the programme or incorrect application of a discount, Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to review the booking and apply the corresponding rate, informing the customer where appropriate.
Hotel Torre del Conde shall not be liable for any inability to apply benefits where this results from errors in the information provided by the user, failure to identify as a member before confirming the booking, technical issues beyond the hotel's control, or bookings made through channels not included in the programme.
11. Amendments and Cancellation of the Programme
Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Torre del Conde Members programme, its terms and conditions, or its benefits at any time.
Any significant changes shall be communicated to users where appropriate.
The modification or cancellation of the programme shall not affect bookings already confirmed, except in cases of manifest error, fraudulent use or breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Data Protection
The personal data provided by the user shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Hotel Torre del Conde.
Such data may be used to manage the programme, apply its benefits, manage bookings, respond to customer requests and send communications relating to the hotel, always in compliance with applicable legislation.
Hotel Torre del Conde will not sell users' personal data to third parties.
The sending of marketing communications shall be subject to the user's consent where required. Members may unsubscribe from such communications through the channels made available by the hotel.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily imply cancellation of the member account, unless the user expressly requests withdrawal from the programme.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute relating to the Torre del Conde Members programme shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
14. Language
Should these terms and conditions be provided in several languages, the Spanish version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation.

The maximum discount available on the official website will be up to 25%, depending on the rate, availability, device used, cancellation policy and booking conditions applicable at the time of booking.

Available benefits may vary depending on the selected rate, cancellation policy, availability, stay dates, device used and commercial conditions in force at the relevant time.

Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to restrict, modify or exclude specific dates, rates, room types, packages or special promotions from the programme.
5. Conditions for Enjoying the Benefits
To be eligible for the benefits of Torre del Conde Members, the booking must be made in the name of the registered member, and the account holder must be staying at the hotel as part of the reservation.
The programme benefits are personal and non-transferable. They may not be used for bookings made in the name of third parties if the account holder is not part of the stay.
If a booking is made using member benefits and, upon arrival at the hotel, the account holder is not part of the stay, Hotel Torre del Conde may remove the applied benefit and adjust the booking by applying the relevant rate available to the staying guest.
The hotel may request appropriate identification at check-in in order to verify that the Member account holder is part of the stay.
Benefits must be applied before the booking is confirmed. Discounts or benefits will not be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed where the user did not previously identify themselves as a member.
The programme benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Benefits may not be exchanged for cash, do not generate any credit in favour of the customer and may not be used as compensation for other hotel services.
6. Bookings by Telephone or Email
Bookings made by telephone or email may benefit from special conditions for members or returning guests who have been identified as such, subject always to availability and the hotel's discretion.
These conditions shall be applied directly by Hotel Torre del Conde and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, special rates or additional discounts.
Non-refundable rates will only be available where expressly indicated on the official website, within the booking engine or by the hotel.

Hotel Torre del Conde shall not be liable for any inability to apply benefits where this results from errors in the information provided by the user, failure to identify as a member before confirming the booking, technical issues beyond the hotel's control, or bookings made through channels not included in the programme.
11. Amendments and Cancellation of the Programme
Hotel Torre del Conde reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Torre del Conde Members programme, its terms and conditions, or its benefits at any time.
